Aaron Streeton is a Canadian operations strategist and transformation leader whose career has been defined by turning complexity into clarity, and ambition into measurable results. He began his professional journey in 2005 in operations consulting, building early expertise in analysis, leadership development, process optimization, and the design of integrated management systems. Over two decades, he has led global programs that have delivered more than $1 billion in value creation across multiple industries.
Aaron wrote The Nine Essential Questions as the natural culmination of two decades leading operational transformations—where strategy meets reality, where culture meets capability, and where leaders either rise or unravel. The book distills the patterns, failures, breakthroughs, and human truths he witnessed while leading complex operational programs across the globe.
Aaron lives in Calgary, AB with his wife and can be found in the mountains hiking virtually every weekend.
